NOE ZOE ON CHRISTMAS EVE
We figured it would go without saying that we wouldn't have ZOE on Christmas Eve. However, we have had several people ask if we were having ZOE this week. So here it is... it is official, no ZOE this week. If you and your family are looking for a cool way to celebrate Christmas Eve, we will be up at the West County Community Church Christmas Eve Service. It is from 5:00 - 6:00pm. Get there a little early, because the seats fill up quickly. Merry Christmas!
SPECIAL TIME - WEDNESDAY 6:30 - 8:00PM
Hey Everybody. We are having ZOE Wednesday night, December 17th. Due to Finals, we are only having one ZOE chapter for both middle school and high school. It will be a great study break for everyone.
Afterwards, the ZOE house will remain open for all you high schoolers. The Coffee house will be open and you are welcome to stay and study. We might even have a few scholars there in science and math if you are having questions on certain formulas or theories. Invite your friends and we hope to see you there.

Hello First Teamer,
As you think about Christmas and all of its immediate benefits - - vacation from school and gifts, we encourage you to read the Christmas story from Matthew 1-2 and Luke 1-2 and list all the benefits of the Christmas story you have every day of your life! As an example, the phrase, “Do not be afraid” appears often. Because of Jesus Christ in our lives, God graces us to be ruled by faith instead of fear. Always remember: fear focuses on the situation. Faith focuses on the Savior!
• Start each day on your knees humble before the Lord, dependent on Him to empower you with His presence to obey and share Him.
• Meditate on God’s Word and stay focused on Him.
• Stay on the offense - tell your friends about Jesus & invite them to ZOE. Your friends are depending on you to show them Christ’s love!
You are more important to God and others than you will ever understand! God loves you so much that He gave His Son, Jesus! God cares so much about you that He sent His Holy Spirit to live in you! Every day is a new day!
Review Romans 12:1-2, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Acts 4:13, 2 Timothy 1:7, Matthew 6:33, Hebrews 12:2, 1 Peter 3:15, James 1:22, Galatians 6:9, Hebrews 12:1, John 13:35 and Mark 4:20. Memorize this week one of our favorite verses from the Christmas story, Luke 1:38: "I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May it be to me as you have said." Then the angel left her.”
See you at ZOE this Wednesday, 5:30 -7:00 p.m. for Middle School & 7:30-9:15 p.m. for High School.
We love you and are praying for you!

ZOE - November 19
Wednesday night was pretty cool. In Middle School we had the largest crowd we have had in a long time. We counted 65 middle schoolers! Despite several technical difficulties the night was a lot of fun. In high school our numbers were a little down but we had several new people. The worship was amazing and Matt brought the Word. He spoke from James and challenged everyone to not "be just hearers of the word, but doers." A lot of us think that inspiration can carry us through our life, but we need to know first hand who the Lord is and what our identity in Christ is. The only way to do that is to study the Word for our self and put into practice what we are learning. Also, we got to hear Mark Dungan share his testimony of how knowing Jesus has given him purpose in life. It was a great night!
ZOE Chapters on Wednesday
Beach Camp Registration
We want to remind everyone that we hope you can go to camp with us this summer. There are only a few spots left until the first bus of 55 is filled. This is the only guaranteed bus going to camp. We hope to take a second bus as well, but we can't commit to those people until we at least fill with 40 students. So make sure you get signed up! Registration is $50.
